USTA Level 5 Open: San Angelo March Adult Level 5

**THIS TOURNAMENTS ACCEPTS ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY.**

ONLINE ENTRY FEES:

• $55 Singles;
• Doubles – $55 per partner per event.

EVENT LIMIT: 1 singles and 1 doubles; -OR- 2 doubles being 1 gender & 1 mixed/ special/ husband & wife doubles.

• For scheduling purposes, players who enter multiple divisions must enter at the SAME NTRP Level for each of those events. Ex: Women’s 3.5 Singles and Women’s 3.5 Doubles, NOT Women’s 4.0 Doubles.
• Format for Singles & Doubles will be First Match Loser Consolation, Two full sets with a 10-point Match Tiebreaker in lieu of a third set.
• You should receive a confirmation when completed.  If you registered for the wrong division, go back to the tournament, and withdraw – credit cards will not be charged until the deadline of Feb 23, 11:59pm
