We are offering Consolation in BOTH Singles & Doubles as well as a player social on Saturday.
This tournament is part of the West Texas Tumbleweed Trail Tournament Circuit:
San Angelo – March 6 – 8, 2026
Midland – March 27 – 29, 2026
Lubbock – April 24 – 26, 2026
TUMBLEWEED TRAIL PLAYER PRIZES: Players that play in an event in 2 different Tumbleweed Trail Circuit Tournaments will receive a Tumbleweed Trail logo cap. Players that play in an event in 3 different Tumbleweed Trail Circuit Tournaments will receive a 20oz stainless steel tumbler with the Tumbleweed Trail logo.

*This tournament could begin as early as 8am on Friday so please make note when planning. We do our best to start as late as possible but with multiple events and genders and limited sites/officials we might have to start as early as 8am Friday.
- SEEDING: For NTRP Divisions, seeding is done by the National Standings List. For Age Divisions & Open USTA Texas recommends the “All Factors Method” of seeding. If other information is to be considered (such as head-to-head wins), emails must be sent to the Tournament Director immediately after entry deadline, Feb 23, 11:59pm. Seeds will be posted 12-24 hours before draws are published on this Homepage. If you have input please email it to bentwoodtennis@cs.com asap.

- Warmup Site: Concho Valley Tennis Center (CVTC) CVTC mapCVTC is located next to San Angelo Stadium on 1820 Knickerbocker Rd. Courts share stadium parking lot on east side. Water available but not on courts, so we recommend to take a water jug.

Hotel Info: Host Hotel is Wingate Wyndham Hotel (325-284-3389), great rate & continental breakfast.
Player Social We will host a player social at Bentwood Saturday, March 7 , 5pm-7pm with beverages & nachos for participants!
As your host, we would like to give you a great tournament experience, while also providing a safe, comfortable environment. Therefore, we would like you to know the following before you come to the tournament site.
1. Water & Ice: Be sure to bring your own water & ice. Some facilities have water on court and others do not so you will need a water jug.
2. Check-in: Players should check in 15 minutes before their match time.
3. Score Reporting, Next Match Notice & Used Balls: Players can report results at the tournament desk. Return the used tennis balls and place inside the designated box. Check your next time match posted on the tournament home page. If you decide not to play consolation, please let the site director know prior to leaving.
4. Food: Beverages and snacks will be at each facility for players hospitality. Club Restaurants will be available. Due to TABC guidelines only liquor purchased at the Private Clubs will be permitted on the properties.
5. Weather Updates: For any weather delays, please regularly check this homepage. Emails will also be sent through Serve Tennis to the email you registered so please be on the lookout. All will be time stamped so please check the latest.
