Your role as a JTTA league captain is to oversee your tennis team and be the liaison between the JTTA Coordinator and the team.

Some of your responsibilities include:

– getting information to your team such as match schedules & rules,
– completing & submitting the match score sheet each week,
– coordinating changes in match times or match locations,
– arranging weekly line-ups,
– and monitoring your team to assure that it adheres to the USTA JTT Rules, Regulations & Guidelines for Good Sportsmanship.  

Each Sunday when you arrive for the match, please find your opposing team Captain, exchange line-ups and get your team to their assigned courts to begin warm-up at or before match time.  After the match, please complete your score sheets and sportsmanship forms and turn them in to the Jr. Team Tennis folder at the front desk at Rose Park Tennis Center.
