Come join a tennis team!  Junior Team Tennis (JTT) brings together boys and girls, ages 6 to 18, to play singles, doubles and mixed doubles against other coed teams.

Beyond being fun and a great form of exercise, Junior Team Tennis is a competitive, level-based environment that promotes individual growth, social growth and life skills.

You’ll not only develop knowledge of the rules of tennis, but you will also learn about unity, good sportsmanship and how to work together to achieve success. You’ll also learn that success isn’t just about winning; it’s about how you play the game and respond to challenges.

A new, simplified USTA Junior Tournaments structure took effect in January 2021! After extensive research conducted by USTA, including feedback from players, the developed these new standardized systems to provide greater consistency and more opportunities for players, parents, coaches, tournament directors and officials. Here is everything you need to know about this new system.

Below are some highlights and resources for the new structure that is now in place. WATCH THE VIDEO

  • You can now find and register for events on usta.com. USTA Junior Tournaments are no longer based in TennisLink.
  • The new structure utilizes seven levels of events, ranging from Level 7 (Intermediate) to Level 1 (National Championships) and a universal ranking system that distributes points consistently across the country. VIEW THE 2021 RANKINGS AND STANDINGS
  • This nationwide system provides consistent tournament levels and standardized tournament operations for all events—regardless of location—replacing a system that was greatly dependent upon the region.
  • The new system allows players to more easily compete across sections, as the levels are now standardized with an increased number of open events, providing even more playing opportunities for junior players.
  • In addition, there are on-ranking events available, such as the USTA Junior Circuit events, which focus on age-appropriate competition, development, and fun.
